In this competitive real estate market, laminate counters and carpet in the master bathroom along with brass builder special light fixtures ‘ain’t going to cut it!”
The homeowner invested $9,000, about 1% of the listing price. A price reduction would have been at least $10,000 – $15,000 to make an impact. The Realtor will re-list the home with the upgraded photos. Sure to generate new interest!
